After parting ways with a legacy personal injury SEO agency due to lackluster performance, Francis Injury sought a team that could deliver both attention to detail and measurable results. The initial goal was clear: rank all three office locations for “truck accident lawyer.” The strategy was to dominate the truck accident niche first, then expand into additional practice areas and Texas markets.

Following a complete website redesign, new domain name, and new business name, we achieved that goal despite significant competitive disadvantages. The firm had fewer than 30 reviews, while competitors had multiple offices in the same city, much larger marketing budgets, longer-established locations, and hundreds more reviews. Even after two major Google algorithm updates in 7 months, we not only secured map pack visibility for all three offices, but earned the number one position for each location.  Working on Southlake first, then Fort Worth, and now we are breaking into Dallas.
